| 摘 要： | 瑜伽作为一项新兴的健身运动，在社会上广为流行的同时，更受到许多高等院校学生的关注与青睐。本文从瑜伽的作用分析切入，针对高等职业院校形体课程设置的现状，对高职院校开设瑜伽课程的可行性与必要性进行研究．结合实际提出一些建议与构想。

| Abstract: | As a new body- building exercise, yoga is very popular in society. At the same time, it is con- cerned and liked by the students in higher colleges and universities. From analyzing the role of yoga, the paper aimed at the current situation of body - building curriculum settings to research the practicability and necessity of offering yoga courses in higher vocational colleges. And the paper put forward some suggestions and ideas practical- ly. |
