煅烧温度对赤泥-水泥胶砂强度的影响

摘    要:运用X-衍射分析方法分析了赤泥的矿物组成;采用差热-失重综合热分析方法分析了赤泥在不同温度处理下的物理化学变化;依据综合热分析,分别采用500℃、620℃和703.7℃对赤泥进行了煅烧处理,处理后的赤泥分别以不同的掺量掺入水泥中制作标准的胶砂试件。试验结果证明620℃煅烧处理的赤泥效果最好,掺量可以达到30%;500℃处理的赤泥效果最差,最大掺量仅为15%左右。

Abstract:This Thesis uses X-ray diffraction analysis method to analyze the influence of strength.By differential analysis heat-weightessness intergrated method,it analyzes the red mud in different temperature treatment of physical chemical.Based on comprehensive thermal analysis,it carries out the mud calcined process with 500℃、620℃、703.7℃ respectively.The different treatment of red mud is mixed with the standards for plastic sand specimens respectively.the test results show 620℃ calcining processing of red is the best effect,mixed quantity can reach 30%,and 500 ℃ of red mud treatment effect is the worst,with maximum dosage only 15% or so.
