“侨贸”网络、跨国代工与企业国际化愿景——温州民营企业国际化发展的纵向观察

温州是中国大陆最先推进经济民营化的地区之一，温州民营企业的国际化经多年发展已初显成效。但由于“侨贸”网络的弊端以及偏重于低端的代工模式，温州民营企业国际化正面临着新的挑战。必须从长期策略层面考虑，发展以跨国公司外包为主的加工贸易，才能实现温州民营企业国际化的可持续发展。

On Network of "Overseas Chinese Trade", International OEM and Prospect of Enterprise Internationalization——A Survey on the Internationalization of Wenzhou Private Enterprises

In the mainland of China, Wenzhou is one of the first areas where private economy is boosted. After years of development, there have been some achievements in its internationalization of private enterprises. The disadvantages of ＂Overseas Chinese Trade＂ and its pre-low-level OEM model, however, are confronting the internationalization of Wenzhou private enterprises with new challenges. Thus, only considered from long-term strategic aspects and developing international business outsourcing processing trade can it realize the sustainable development of the internationalization of Wenzhou private enterprises.
