| 摘 要： | 根据实验经济学分析出碳排放交易制度目前的处境和地位以及在限制温室气体排放各种措施中为什么以碳排放交易制度为主。碳排放交易制度实施具体难点是交易价格制定的困难性和复杂性。选择单一拍卖价格比双向价格体系更为有利。如果碳排放交易与碳排放税相结合,对控制温室气体排放具有重要的实践意义。
