| 摘 要： | ERP系统与电子商务集成将使企业获得更加广泛的信息资源，而集成了ERP系统与电子商务之后再集成CIS，可以进一步提升企业的竞争力。因为竞争情报系统是企业ERP与电子商务的战略信息纽带，通过该系统可以从中挖掘有价值的情报资源．为决策者提供战略信息支持。
