从《教学指导纲要》审视普通高校武术选项课教学内容的改革

文章在对目前普通高校的武术选项课教学内容进行全面分析的基础上，结合教育部颁布的《教学指导纲要》提出高校武术选项课教学内容的改革应该以武术理论为基础贯穿整个教学过程，加大实用性武术教学内容的比例，加强对健身气功和各种功法的推广，注重格斗类与套路类教学内容的融合，适当加入其他国家格斗项目的教学内容。

On the Teaching Content Reform of Wushu Elective Course in Colleges from the View of Guidelines for Teaching

This paper comprehensively analyzes Wushu elective course teaching content in Colleges, and combines the Guidelines for Teaching issued by the Ministry of Education. The paper presents the viewpoint： teaching content reform of Wushu elective course in Colleges should take the Wushu theory as basis through all teaching process; the proportion of Teaching content of practical Wushu should be raised; health-care Qigong and others sports should be developed; fighting Techiniques and Wushu routines should be mixed to teach; and some fighting skills can be added into Wushu teaching appropriately.
