数学新课程改革实验现状调查与对策

摘    要:在对六盘水市数学新课程教学改革实验现状调查中发现,大多数教师对新课程的理念有一定的认识,并积极投入到课程改革之中,但总的来说认识较为肤浅,对课程的目标体系、内容结构、教学资源、教学方式和方法等方面的理解尚有偏差。在教学实施中没有真正体现新课程所提倡的教学方法。建议加强教师培训的力度和密度,建立骨干教师帮扶制度,把校本教研落到实处,鼓励教师开展教学研究,改革高师院校教学方法,全面提高数学教师的教学科研能力。

Abstract:In the investigation of the experimental actualities about mathematic curriculum reform in Liupanshui, most of the teachers can throw themselves into the curriculum reform, but their understanding about the idea is superficial. There are some understanding deviation from the system of curricular goal, the structure, the teaching resource, the teaching methods and etc. In teaching practice, they should carry out the spirit of the curricular reform. There are some suggestions to devote major efforts to training teachers, to set up the system of backbone teachers helping each other, to encourage teachers to do teaching researches, to reform teaching methods and improve the ability of teaching and scientific research of mathematic teachers in Liupanshui in an all round way.
