| 摘 要： | 在现代竞技体育比赛中,运动员脱颖而出、一举夺冠的情况,或先赢后输在关键时刻丢掉冠军的现象越来越多地发生。从心理学上讲,前一种情况被称为“黑马现象”,后一种被称为“choking”。本文着重从“黑马现象”和“choking”现象分析心理因素在奥运会夺金中的重要作用,以期为心理训练提供依据。

| Abstract: | In modern sport competition, the examples of athletes coming through to win the champion or unexpected lose at crisis are more than before. From the psychology, the first situation is called black horse phenomenon, while the latter situation is called choking. This paper particularly analyzed the important function of psychological factors in Olympic Games from above situation in order to provide the reference for mental training. |
