| 摘 要： | 文章通过对当前高校＂形势与政策＂课程教学存在问题的分析,从教学方案、教学内容、教学手段、网络教学、师资队伍建设、教学考评角度出发,提出构建一个以人为本、以大学生为主体,汇集＂形势与政策＂课教学资源优势的课堂理论教学、研究性教学、网络教学等全方位、多层次和网络化结合的＂立体化＂教学模式。
