“小学智慧型管理文化建构的研究”课题研究方案

随着我国学校教育的大发展,学校管理文化对学校发展的重要性受到越来越多人的关注。张家港市实验小学作为一所拥有北、南、东三个校区、100多个教学班的规模型公办小学,"十二五"期间提出了"小学智慧型管理文化建构的研究"这一命题,拟从"呈现和而不同特质的学校管理文化建构的研究"、"彰显半肯教学理念的课程和课堂教学文化建构的研究"、"凸现智慧创新品性的师资团队建设文化建构的研究"、"具有健康快乐样态的学生素质发展文化建构的研究"等几方面开展系统、深入、全面的研究与实践,从而不断优化学校内部管理,丰富学校内涵建设,提升学校办学品位,促进学校持续发展,进一步提高学校的影响力和知名度。

Study on Wisdom Administration Culture Construction in Primary School

With the rapid development of China’s education,school administration culture becomes increasingly important in school development.To optimize the internal administration,enrich the connotation construction,and promote the sustainable development of school,this study explores such issues systematically,deeply and fully as harmonious but diversified culture construction,highlighting "half-positive" teaching ideas,underscoring creative teaching staff construction,forming happy and healthy students’ quality,etc.
