| 摘 要： | 从编辑出版制度建设的角度审视了高职院校学报的质量控制与发展策略问题。高职院校学报必须依据自身的特点,建立健全编辑责任制度、自觉组稿制度、主编终审制度和质量保障制度,优化高职院校学报的内部软环境,从而提升高职学报的整体质量。

| Abstract: | The article examines the problems of vocational college journals in quality control and development strategies from the aspect of editing and publishing institutions construction.Vocational college journals should,based on their own characteristics,establish and perfect the liability system of editors,the system of organizing articles initiatively,the system of final reviewing by editor-in-chief and the system of quality control.As a result,the quality as well as the internal soft environment of the journal can be improved. |
