我国女排高水平后备人才身体形态的现状分析

采用文献资料法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对参加2012年8月全国排球高水平后备人才培训基地训练营活动18支高水平后备队伍223名运动员的年龄、训练年限及部分身体形态特征进行分析,旨在找出其身体形态的现状与发展规律,为我国女排高水平后备人才的训练提供参考。研究表明:我国女排高水平后备人才年龄小,训练时间短;不同专位的后备人才身体形态符合一般意义上排球运动员的专位身体形态特征。因此要抓住排球训练的"黄金定律",紧密结合青少年运动员的生长发育特点,采用科学的训练方法和手段,向更高层次的运动队输送更多优秀的人才

The Situation Analysis on Body Sharp of the Female Volleyball High Level Reserve Talents in China

Using the method of the documentation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, it analyzes the characteristic of age, training years and partial body sharp gathered from 223 players in 18 female volleyball high level reserve teams, who take part in 2012 All National Volleyball High Level Reserve Talents Training Camp. The purpose is to find out the status of the body shape and the law of development to provide reference for the training of the China~ women~ volleyball team high level reserve talented person. The conclusion： the national volleyball high level reserve talents are young and training time is short. The body sharp characteristic of different position athletics is accord with the body sharp characteristic of volleyball athletics＇ position selection in general sense. Suggestions ： The training should obey the volleyball training ＂ golden rule＂, get close connection with the young athletes growth characteristic, adopt scientific training methods and means, and transport more outstanding talents to a higher level of sports.
