发展市场经济中的信用障碍问题

信用体系是市场经济存在的基石。市场经济中包括政府、企业、个人三大信用为主体建立的三个基础信用体系，而道德、产权、法律是社会信用制度的三个不同层面。我国在发展市场经济过程中不仅存在信用风险，而且存在信用障碍，所以要构建适应市场经济发展的信用体系。

Barrier of Credibility on the Way to Market Economy

Credibility system is the cornerstone of market economy which consists of three credibility organs:government, enterprise and individual. Their credibility as a whole fosters the three basic systems of credibility of the market. Morality, property right and law form three different parts of the social credibility system. Since there do exist not only credibility risk but also credibility barrier, China must set up its own credibility system on the way to market economy.
