| Abstract: | The important thought of Three Represents' is the operative guiding principle of reform and opening-up and modernization construction of our country in the 21st century. and it is a guiding theory of the development of western regions. The basic task of the development of western regions is to develop the productivity. Western regions must adopt the effective measures to catch up with the paces of modernization construction according to their own actual conditions. |
