基于油液分析的石化设备监测方法的实验研究

摘    要:油液分析技术是进行石化设备状态监测一种常用手段,多种油液分析技术的综合使用是提高结果可靠性的有效途径。在实际生产中,要保证监测结论的准确性、及时性及损耗成本的合理性,需要有机结合这些油液分析技术。文章根据石化行业的特点,将常用的几种监测方法进行综合比较,确立铁谱分析法的核心作用,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。关键词:石化设备监测;油液分析技术;铁谱分析技术;故障诊断

Abstract:Oil analysis was a commonly technoloy in equipment condition monitoring. And to improve the reliability of the analysis results, the effective way was combined with a variety of oil analysis technologies. In practice product, the accuracy and the timeliness of the moni-tory results were needed, and including the costs of analysis. So, these oil analysis technologies were combined seientifically. In this article, according to the characteristics of the petrochenmical industry, a series of oil analysis teehnologies were compared with each other. Inthe last, the ferrograph was more useful, and a great effect was gained in application.
