摘    要:师生关系是学校教育教学活动中的重要因素,师生冲突研究因其典型性与复杂性而备受关注。对师生冲突的研究不能仅仅从教育"技术"层面加以解释,制度化教育对学生的"规训"与学生内在的"发展"的矛盾是冲突发生的潜在因素,教育的民主化与人性化是校园和谐的根本途径。

Abstract:The conflict of teacher-student relationship,a vital factor in campus education and teaching,is of wide and common academic interest for the sake of its typicality and complexity which can’t be expounded solely in terms of educational technology.The disciplining in institutional education is a major potential factor against students’ internal development.The author,therefore,suggests that democracy and humanity in education be essential to approaching a harmonious campus.
