| 摘 要： | 提高高校思想政治理论课教育教学质量的关键在于教师,建立高校思政理论课教师准入制度就是加强这支教师队伍建设的重要切入点.党和国家的高度重视和大力推进、相关教育法律法规的支撑、不断增加的高层次人才等条件,为建立和实施这一准入制度提供了一定可行性.但这一准入制度的现实条件尚不够充分,需要进一步提高思政理论课教育教学工作对于优秀人才的吸引力、设定科学的准人标准及正确的考查方式、明确规定严格公正的准入程序、建立和完善各种配套制度.
