新中国成立以来党领导我国体育产业发展的历史逻辑与经验启示

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以新中国成立以来党的经济体制改革为逻辑主线,对体育产业发展的更迭脉络进行了有效梳理和剖析。研究认为,在中国共产党的正确领导下,我国体育产业发展经历了新中国建立初期的酝酿储备期、改革开放后的初步发展期、世纪之交的深入探索期和十八大以后的改革创新期4个演进阶段。在曲折的发展进程中,总结出了党领导我国体育产业发展主要依靠准确把握中国社会发展的历史方位、重视党的经济建设指导思想的引领作用和树立以人民为中心的体育产业发展理念3个基本经验。通过审视当前面临的国内外复杂形势,提出我国未来体育产业的高质量发展要主动对接国家重大战略部署、进一步发挥市场主导作用和有效增强科技创新的转换动能。

Historical Logic and Experience Enlightenment of Development of Sports Industry in China Under the Leadership of the Party Since Founding of the People’s Republic of China

Based on the economic system reform of the Party since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,this paper analyzes the development of China’s sports industry by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.The findings of this paper include:under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China,the development of sports industry in China has experienced four phases,these are the period of gestation and reserve at the beginning of the founding of New China,the period of initial development after the reform and opening up,the period of deep exploration at the turn of the 20 th and 21 st century,and the period of reform and innovation after the CPC’s 18 th National Congress.According to this tortuous development course of China’s sports industry,this paper concludes the CPC’s basic experience of leading the development of China’s sports industry,including grasping the historical orientation of China’s social development,emphasizing the leading role of the CPC’s guiding principles of economic construction,and establishing the people-centered outlook of sports industry development.By examining the current complex situation at home and abroad,it suggests that the future development of China’s sports industry should take the initiative to follow the major national strategic deployment,further utilize the leading role of the market,and effectively improve the transformation of scientific and technological innovation.
