| Abstract: | Through consulting the internal and external literature and absorbing the new theoretical fruits of public management at abroad, the author draws the main conclusion that it can't achieve the goal of high efficiently hosting the 29 th Olympic Games unless the government has an accurate orientation and rapid improvement on the capacity of operating the market. |
