| 摘 要： | 商业秘密是企业中的核心信息,它是反竞争情报的关注焦点和重点保护对象。当前,经济间谍侵犯商业秘密的活动日益频繁,手段愈加隐蔽。笔者从商业秘密法律保护的视角分析了其中的原因,进而提出反竞争情报、保护商业秘密的法律措施。

| Abstract: | Being the core information of the enterprise,trade secrets are the focuses of anti-competitive information and key protection.At present,economic espionage activities in violation of trade secrets have become increasingly frequent,means even more hidden.This article,from the perspective of legal protection of trade secrets,analyzed the causes and then proposed legal measures of anti-competitive intelligence to protect trade secrets. |
