| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告提出,要用高新技术和先进适用技术改造传统产业,大力振兴装备制造业。为发挥德阳作为中国重工业基地已有的重大技术装备计量测试资源优势,发挥其在德阳装备制造业、高新技术产业和科技成果转化方面的作用。本人提出"建设德阳装备制造业公共计量测试技术平台"的构想。通过推进德阳公共计量测试平台建设,使之成为重装制造业科技创新的助推器,为德阳国家重装基地建设提供坚实、可靠的技术支撑。

| Abstract: | According to the report of the 16th National Congress of CPC,new and advanced technology should be employed to revitalize traditional industries.A new thought has been put forward that a public measurement and testing platform for heavy equipment manufacturing industry be built up in Deyang to exert the advantages of technology as the national heavy equipment base.Promoting the construction of the public measurement and testing platform will boost scientific innovation and provide technological support for the heavy base. |
