On the Developing Trend for Training Coach of Various Countries and Regions

On-the-job training models of eleven contries and regions' coaches were compared by applying such methods as literature data, comparative and theoretical analysis. The countries and regions included China. Japan Great Britain, Australia, Canada, United states, Malaysia, Nigeria, Singapore, Hongkong. The study revealed the inherent generality and differenle, firgored out the distinguishing feature and disparity on on-the-job training system of china and presented the developing trend of countries and regions on on-the-job training system.
