极谱法探究雷酚内酯的电化学行为

摘    要:研究了多种体系下雷酚内酯的单扫描示波极谱行为。实验表明,在不同体系和不同pH范围,雷酚内酯产生两个还原波,其峰电流和峰电位受酸度影响的情况不同,但在B–R缓冲体系中,峰电位基本上保持不变,峰电流明显受溶液酸度的影响;在pH=6.11的B-R缓冲溶液中,雷酚内酯的两峰电位分别为-O.11V和-1.1V(vs.SCE),两峰的峰电流与雷酚内酯的浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,线性范围为3.0×10_6~3.0×10-5mol?L-1。

Abstract:The polarographic behavior on Triptophenolide in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f in various kinds of system was studied.Experiments find out that in various kinds of system Triptophenolide produce two reductive peaks.The peak current is affected obviously by acidity of solution,but peak potential change little in these system.At pH = 6.11 B-R buffer solution the peak potential of Triptophenolide's two reductive peaksis-0.11V (vs.SCE) and-1.1V (vs.SCE) respectively and its peak current is proportional to the concentration of Triptophenolide over the range.The cyclicvoltammetry show that the polarographic wave is not reversible adsorp-tion wave.
