| 摘 要： | 楚国很早就是人治与法治相结合的社会，也是中国古代实施法治较为成功的诸侯国之一。其中，楚国国民法律意识强烈、能够严格执法等法治经验对当代中国实施依法治国、建设法制国家具有重要的启示作用。

| Abstract: | The Chu Kingdom was ruled by people and law in early ancient China.It was also one of the feudal lord countries governed by law successfully at ancient times.Such legal governing experiences like people's intense consciousness of law and government strictly enforcing the law have important enlightenment function on ruling and constructing the country legally in contemporary China. |
