摘    要:对教师师本学习的具体情况进行评价的最终目的是为了促使教师的专业发展进入一个有序的良性循环,从而促进教师专业的持续发展。在揭示传统评价方法在对教师师本学习情况进行评价中存在不足的基础上,提出运用内部评价与质性评价构建师本学习评价体系的设想。

Abstract:In this article, the author puts forward that the final purpose of evaluating how the teachers work on the learning is to promote teachers' professional development into a good circumstance and then it can help teachers get a professional sustainable development. The author also talks about his suppose on using inner assessment and quality assessment to build up the teachers-based evaluation system on the basis of the lack of enough assessment to the teachers-based learning.
