统筹区域发展,重视欠发达地区创新系统建设

统筹区域发展的核心是要促进欠发达地区快速崛起。在创新的时代,欠发达地区创新系统的形成与变革是增强自身竞争能力,实现迅速发展的关键,也是达到区域统筹发展的重要方面。本文在分析欠发达地区创新系统现状特征的基础上,从国家支持引导与地方政府的责任两个层面,提出了推进欠发达地区创新系统形成与变革的对策建议。

Coordinating Regional Development and Facilitating Innovation System Building in Less-developed Areas

The core of coordinating region development is to promote the rapid rise of less-developed areas.In the innovation era,the formation and change of the system of innovation in less-developed areas is the key to enhance their competitive ability and achieve rapid development,and also an important aspect of coordinating region development.This paper,based on the analysis of innovation system status in less-developed areas,proposes some countermeasures to promote the formation and transformation of innovation system in less-developed area from the two levels of national and local government's responsibility.
