| 摘 要： | 与传统大学相比,创业型大学呈现出学术导向与市场导向兼顾的二元价值取向。创业型大学更加注重经世致用的创新与创业文化的培育;注重对学校外部的反应性与适应性,注重办学经费来源的多元化和知识生产过程的效率与效益;注重培养学生的创业能力;注重研究现实问题的导向与科技成果的转化应用;注重以社会服务带动学术发展。只有准确把握创业型大学的核心特质才能实现向创业型大学的成功转型。
