新时代藏族传统体育传承实践模式研究

藏族传统体育源于藏民族一千多年文明历史所孕育的优秀传统文化,熔铸于藏民族的历史与发展进程,根植于藏民族文化的传承。从历史渊源、现存困境、具体进路三个层面对新时代藏族传统体育的传承实践进行深度解读,认为当代藏族传统体育传承实践受西藏经济基础薄弱、生活方式变迁、公共服务建设滞后、传承方式式微、现代体育冲击以及自身理论与实践贫乏等因素制约。提出借助新时代发展的契机,依托文化建设,构建藏族传统体育与全民健身、旅游、节庆、学校体育教育融合发展等传承实践模式。

Research on the Inheritance and Practice Mode of Tibetan Traditional Sports in the New Era

Tibetan Traditional Sports originated from the excellent traditional culture bred by more than one thousand years of Tibetan civilization history.It is melted into the history and development process of the Tibetan nationality and rooted in the inheritance of the Tibetan culture.This paper deeply interprets the inheritance practice of Tibetan Traditional Sports in the new era from three aspects of historical origin,existing difficulties and specific approaches.It holds that the inheritance practice of contemporary Tibetan traditional sports is restricted by the weak economic foundation of Tibet,the change of lifestyle,the lag of public service construction,the decline of inheritance mode,the impact of modern sports and the lack of its own theory and practice.With the opportunity of the development of the new era and relying on the cultural construction,this paper proposes to build the inheritance practice mode of Tibetan traditional sports and national fitness,tourism,festivals,school physical education integration development.
