| 摘 要： | 对山东省10所中学1800名学生进行了调研,从中学体育教学内容、时间、项目情趣、教学方法、课程设置入手,剖析了中学生参与余暇体育活动的现状、动机、行为、消费水平、个体因素等,并提出建设性意见,力求为中学体育教学改革、完善素质教育提供参考。

| Abstract: | This text gives a new theoretical define to the sport activity of middle school students and investigates the courses contents of sports,time,project temperament and interest,teaching method,course offered of 1800 students in 10 middle schools,analyzing current situation,of participation motive,behavior,level of consumption,individual factor of the sport activity,etc.The paper put forward the constructive suggestion,making every effort to perfect the physical education reform in middle schools. |
