| 摘 要： | 针对可靠性分析中常用的故障分布,研究了故障数据分析的基本步骤及方法;应用某型飞机机队升降舵作动筒的故障数据,确定其分布模型为正态分布;结合计算机软件获得故障分布函数、故障密度函数等可靠性指标,确定其性能状况和故障趋势,提出了相应的维护维修建议.

| Abstract: | Through the introduction of commonly used fault distribution, the basic steps and methods of the fault data analysis are researched. According to a certain type of aircraft fleet elevator actuating cylinder fault data, the distribution model is determined as normal distribution. Combined with computer software for fault distribution function, fault density function, the reliability, performance and fault trend are determined, and the corresponding maintenance advice is put forward as well. |
