摘    要:人本管理理论的核心是以人为本.在知识经济条件下,创新成为高科技企业经营成败的关键要素,研发人员是实施创新的关键主体,加强研发人员的管理,构建高绩效研发团队,则成为很多企业关注的焦点.首先阐述了人本管理理论,在分析高绩效研发团队特征的基础上,提出以人本管理理论为指导,构建高绩效研发团队的策略.
