| 摘 要： | 循环经济、低碳经济在国民经济中的地位越来越重要,而价值系统又是两者存在和发展的基础,开展价值系统的深入研究对进一步完善相关理论及推动循环经济、低碳经济的发展具有重要意义.通过界定循环经济价值网的概念、从微观企业和宏观产业链两个层面分析其内涵特征,初步梳理了这种可持续的价值流通机理,为解决目前"循环不经济"、"低碳高成本"的困境,推动我国经济的快速、健康发展提供了一定的理论借鉴.
