| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化是联系渔业科技与渔业生产的纽带和桥梁,是实现"科技兴渔"的重要过程,科技成果转化率是反映科技成果转化效率的重要指标.拟从对中国水产科学研究院科技成果转化率的理论研究和实证分析入手,深入分析和评价"十五"期间水科院的科技成果转化率,为进一步研究渔业科技成果转化的评价体系与理论方法提供一些借鉴和参考.
