| 摘 要： | 苏联解体已经20年了,对于苏联解体的原因专家学者至今仍然发表不同的观点,有侧重体制因素的,有侧重民族因素的,有侧重战争因素的,还有侧重美国和平演变这个外来因素的.但是,对于"忽视第四次科学技术革命而导致苏联解体",文章认为缺乏一定的根据.
