| 摘 要： | 如何利用TRIZ来构建管理创新的方法体系,从而实现利用TRIZ对管理创新方法与内容进行系统性研究.是文章研究的中心问题.通过引入管理元素这一概念,解决了TRIZ冲突理论在管理领域中的理论基础问题,提出管理领域的冲突是由管理元素的相互冲突与自身冲突构成;同时提出了管理领域的"管理元素--场"分析模型,解决了TRIZ在管理领域应用的两大根本性理论问题;进而,通过对TRIZ在管理领域方法体系的研究,提出了基于TRIZ的管理创新体系框架. |
