教学能力与高师课程关系的分析

摘    要:采用统计分析法,对影响职前教师教学能力的因素进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:职前教师的专业基础课水平、特别是教育理论课水平以及语言表达能力都与他们的教学能力显著相关。因此,高等师范高等师范院校应当对现行的课程以及教材做出一定的调整,适当加大高师课程中教育性质相关的课程比重。

Abstract:Statistical analysis method was adopted in this study to analyze factors affecting pre-service teachers'teaching ability.Results shows that pre-service teachers teaching level is significantly correlative to their levels of major courses,pedagogical theory courses and the language courses.Normal universities and colleges should thus modulate the present course modules,especially enhancing the proportion of pedagogical courses.
