| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询服务的实现形式主要分异步、实时以及合作化三大类。本文通过对目前各类咨询服务系统的构建模式、功能特点及其实现技术的综合分析,试图从科学性、实用性角度出发,提出一种融合三种咨询模式优越性于一体的分布式、复合型数字参考咨询服务体系构建方案,并对系统相关功能提出了相应的优化策略。

| Abstract: | Modes of Digital Reference Service includes asynchronous,real-time and collaborative.By analysising the structrue,founctions and designing technic of digital reference service system integratively,the paper puts forward the schemes for constructing the distributed and multiple DRS system,which integrates with the advantages of three kinds of modes of DRS.Also some methods have been offered in optimizing the founctions of DRS system. |
