Enhancing interest is an effective way to give good oral classes and change the common situation in our country that college students have relatively lower level in speaking English. This article introduces several methods of how to enhance interest. They are changing the traditional way of teacher-centered classes into students-centered ones; creating a light and comfortable atmosphere in class. It also emphasizes the variety in organizing class, introduces the application of games and English songs in class and some other rewarding activities after class, which put oral classes on a new look.
