广西高校教师营养KAP及健康状况调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解广西高校教师的营养知识-态度-行为(KAP)及健康现状,为今后对高校教师进行营养健康教育提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对广西柳州师专和南宁师专在校教师110人进行营养KAP及健康现况调查。结果:广西高校教师营养知识得分8.16±3.23,及格率为43.6%,且性别、年龄、学校、学历之间存在显著差异;营养态度分为17.72±2.84,及格率90.9%,柳专高于南专教师,差异显著;营养习惯和行为得分33.26±4.82,及格率64.6%;KAP总体分为59.15±8.26,低于及格水平,柳专教师明显高于南专教师,且差异非常显著;健康分2.74±1.91,及格率46.3%;运动分2.41±1.60,及格率55.5%,且性别、年龄、专业之间存在着非常显著差异;BMI在标准范围的有65人,占59.1%,体重不足、超重、肥胖45人,占40.9%;营养知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)、健康、运动之间呈明显正相关关系。结论:高校教师饮食营养知识普遍缺乏,日常饮食营养习惯和行为不够合理,运动锻炼时间明显不足,健康状况令人担忧,但饮食营养态度非常积极,应开展有效的营养健康教育提高他们的营养保健知识,为其健康行为的形成提供支持。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to size up Guangxi college teachers' nutritional knowledge, their attitudes, practice ( KAP for short) and condition of physical health in order to provide the basis for their nutritional health education. The method of investigation is adopted of the current nutritional KAP situations and their health condition of 110 in - service teachers from Guangxi Province' s Liuzhou Teachers College and Nanning Teachers College. The result illustrates that their knowledge of nutrition is from 8.16 ± 3.23 or so, with a rate of 43.6% for their qualification and a wide discrepancy between their gender, age, schools, and their records of education; that their attitudes towards nutrition range from 17.72 ±2.84 or so, with a rate of 90.9% in their qualification and an obvious superiority of the Liuzhou Teachers College to Nanning Teachers College; that their nutritional habits and practice are of 33.26 ±4.82, with a rate of 64.6% in their qualification; that their overall KAP ranges from 59. 15 ±8.26 with a lower rate of their qualification than it should be, and a significant difference between teachers from the two with a favor to the Liuzhou Teachers College; that their scores of health range from 2.74 ±1.91 or so, with a rate of 46.3% in their qualification; that their scores of sports range from 2.41 ±1.60 or so, with a rate of 55.5% in their qualification and a sharp distinction between their gender, age, and majors; and that 65 persons, that is 59.1% of the participants are qualified for their BMIs, and 45 persons, that is, 40.9% of which are of inadequate weight or overweight and/or obesity with an apparently positive correlation between their nutri- tional knowledge( K), attitudes(A), practice(P), health and sports. The conclusion of the investigation is that college teachers are generally short of dietetic nutrition knowledge, their daily nutritional habits and behaviors are lack of rationality, their time spent on sports are obviously insufficient, and their physical conditions are disquieting. But to our satisfaction, all the teachers show a positive attitude towards their dietetic nutrition, thus an affective education of nutrition and health is proposed to promote their knowledge of nutritional health care and to offer support for their formation of healthy behaviors.
