从历史视角看党的十六大

中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会的特点是团结、胜利、新老交替、奋进。十六大的创新主要是确立“三个代表”重要思想为党的指导思想的有机组成部分，把马克思主义中国化的伟大事业推上一个新境界；确定21世纪头20年全国建设小康社会的奋斗目标和宏伟纲领，把有中国特色社会主义建设事业推进到一个新阶段；按照法定程序有组织地平稳地比较圆满地实现了领导班子的新旧交替，在党的民主建设和中国政治文化建设上达到一个新高度；为建设好无产阶级执政党提出和解决了一系列重要的根本性的问题，把马克思主义建党理论提升到一个新水平。这是一次圆满完成所负历史使命的代表大会。

A Historic View on the 16th Natioal Congress of CPC

The 16th National Congress of CPC is united,successful,progressional,which has succeeded in the alternation of the old leades with the new ones.The Thtee Represents as the part of Thought for CPC is established in thisCongress,which means that Marxism will be used better in the future in China.The Congress puts forward the great goalthat an overall well-off society will be established in the coming 20 years.Some important issues such as the constructionof CPC,Chinese political cuhure and the understanding of the Maxism in this respect have also been discussed.
