广西仫佬族7-15岁学生体质健康现状分析

为了解广西仫佬族7～15岁学生体质发育差别及其变化趋势。根据2010年《中国学生体质与健康调研报告》中的测检方法，对1419名7～15岁仫佬族学生进行检测，并与全国汉族和广西汉族、壮族乡村学生水平进行比较。结果显示仫佬族男、女生身高、体重指标低于全国和广西汉族乡村学生平均水平；肺机能状况优于全国汉族和广西壮族乡村学生的平均值；女生柔韧素质较低于全国汉族乡村学生，优于广西汉族和壮族乡村学生；视力不良率低于全国汉族和广西汉族、壮族乡村群体学生平均值。该地区仫佬族学生身体形态发育水平与汉族乡村学生有一定的差距，建议采取干预措施，提高学生体质健康水平。

The Status Analysis of 7~15 Years Old Students of Mulam Ethnic Minority in Guangxi

In order to know the difference of physical development of 7-15 years old students of Mulam ethnic minority in Guangxi and its change trend. based on the inspection method of〈Chinese students physique and health survey report〉 in 2010, and test 1419 7~15 years old students of Mulam ethnic minority, and compared with the same level rural students in the Han nationality in the whole country and Han nationality in Guangxi, and the Zhuang nationality. Results The height and weight index of girl and boy students of Mulam ethnic minority are lower than the national average and the Han nationality in Guangxi rural students;the average value of Lung function status is better than that of the Han nationality and the Zhuang nationality rural students＇;the flexibility quality of girl students is lower than the Han nationality in the whole country , and better than the rural students of Han nationality and Zhuang nationality in Guangxi;and Han nationality in Guangxi, and the rural girl students in the Zhuang nationality; Malvision is not lower than the students of the Han nationality in national and Guangxi and Zhuang nationality. during to the body shape development level ,there is a certain gap between the region students with the Han nationality, in order to improve the students＇ physical health level, suggest to take some measures.
