| 摘 要： | 苏区时期的民生建设是中国共产党面临局部执政，解决民生问题的第一次伟大尝试。苏区党和政府的民生建设虽然有不足之处，但是千方百计解决民生问题的精神是值得肯定的，也留下了很多历史经验。包括：民生是立党治国之本、发展经济是民生之根、社会建设是民生之路、共享和公平是民生之向。总结其中的经验对于我们在新形势下解决民生问题具有重要意义。
