| 摘 要： | 随着民营经济的发展,家族企业规模的扩大,企业经营管理中的各种问题接踵而来,其中又以人力资本问题尤为突出。人力资本短缺且浪费严重,人力资本投资不足、增值程度低,人员流动性高、核心人员流失严重,人员素质偏低等造成高层指挥混乱。

The disorder of higher management comes from the lack of human capital, the shortcoming of human capital investment, the low degree of increasing, the main personnel go away from the business and the low quality of the personnel, etc. |
