哈萨克族人口文化素质浅析

运用衡量人口文化素质的几项主要指标，即每万人口中的各级各类学校在校生数、每万人口中拥有各种文化程度人数、文化教育水平综合均值、文盲率等，以全国第五次人口普查数据为主要依据，分析了哈萨克族的人口文化素质，并与全国、自治区平均水平和其他几个民族相比较，其非文盲率在全国位居第三，仅次于塔塔尔族和乌孜别克族，大大高于全国、自治区平均水平，其他几项指标在自治区被比较的13个世居民族中处于偏下位置。

Briefly Analyzing Cultural Character of Population of Kazakh

The paper uses a few main indexes of measuring population cultural character,that is,for every million people in all types of schools at all levels in the number of students there are various cultural degree numbers,cultural education level in the number,illiteracy rate,etc.According to The fitch national census data, the paper analyses the cultural quality of the Kazakh population,and compares with the average level of the whole country,autonomous regions,its non-illiteracy rate ranks the third,only next to the Tatar And the ethnic Uzbek, much higher than the average level the national,autonomous regions.Other indexes rank far lower compared with the main thirteen living minorities in the autonomous regions.
