| 摘 要： | 武术散打是我国武术中富有中国特色的体育项目,其"拳、腿、摔"的协调作战是中华民族传统文化中"和谐"的表现.目前武术散打运动在普通高校的普及率较低,回顾散打的发展历程,并分析研究制约高校散打发展的原因.结果显示:散打专业场地器材的缺乏、教师的专业技术水平和对散打运动存在观念上的误解是影响散打运动在高校普及的原因所在.提出高校散打运动的发展可以走"去竞技化"的道路,采用多样的教学方式方法,融合丰富的民族文化,使其符合普通学生的身心特点.旨在为当前学校武术教学改革提供参考.
