| 摘 要： | 政府决策过程的重要基础在于高效的政府信息资源管理,政府信息资源管理的质量也直接影响着政府决策的效果.在分析信息层面的政府决策过程的基础上,提出基于政府决策的政府信息资源生命周期管理模型,并指出加强政府信息资源生命周期管理的微观与宏观措施. |
