| 摘 要： | 运用三阶段DEA模型对我国2008年区域生态效率进行了实证研究。结果表明,在剥离外部环境因素和随机因素对效率值的影响后,区域生态效率发生了较大的变化。研究发现,第三产业占经济总量比例及人均受教育年限促进生态效率的增长,而环保财政支出并没有对生态效率起到应有的促进作用。各省市按纯技术效率和规模效率来划分可分为四种不同类型,各省市应该结合自身效率的特点,分别着重进行管理水平的提高或生产规模的扩大,从而改善生态效率。 |
