人文精神与高职教育“职业人”培养的研究

人文精神具有提升道德品质、强化文化修养、提升内在情操的促进作用。然而在当前加速培养高端技能型人才的高职教育中,却出现了淡化甚至轻视人文精神教育的现象,这已对当前高职教育的和谐持续发展构成了较大威胁。高职院校要树立正确的人文精神理念、构建良好人文氛围、培育优秀教师队伍、构建传播保障机制,以利于培养合格的高职教育＂职业人＂。

Study of Humanistic Spirit and the Training of Professionals in Higher Vocational Education

The humanistic spirit has a catalytic role to enhance the ethical quality,strengthen cultural enrichment,and enhance the intrinsic sentiment.Nevertheless,in speeding up the training of high-end skilled personnel in higher vocational education,there occurs the phenomenon that humanistic spirit education has been weakened or even ignored,which poses a serious threat to the sustainable and harmonious development of higher vocational development.It is necessary for vocational colleges to establish a correct concept of humanistic spirit,building a good humanistic atmosphere,cultivating outstanding teachers,building propagation protection mechanism,so as to facilitate training qualified professionals in vocational education.
