| 摘 要： | 人文素质是大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,对大学生就业产生至关重要的影响。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,社会对大学生人文素质的要求愈来愈高。提高大学生的人文素质将有助于提高其就业竞争力,加强大学生的人文素质教育是当前各个高等学校教育改革的重要方面。研究大学生人文素质对就业的影响,对于加强大学生人文素质的培养,推进高校人文教育改革,具有重要的意义。
