摘    要:水稻幼苗在Yoshida,S.溶液及其缺钙溶液中培养的试验表明,Ca~(2 )促进水稻幼苗根的K~ 吸收和幼苗的生长速率。杂交水稻幼苗比对照受Ca~(2 )的影响大,缺Ca~(2 )营养液比含Ca~(2 )营养液的K~ 含量和酸化速率下降都慢,可见,水稻幼苗根的K~ 吸收与其根的H~ 分泌具有内在的相关性。

Abstract:Young seedlings of rice were grown in Yoshida's nutrient solution and in deficient Ca~(2 ) solution. Experimantal results have shown that Ca~(2 ) promote the K~ absorption by roots and seedling growth rate. The effect of Ca~(2 ) on the mentioned analysis parameters above in hybrid rice(F_1) "Shan-You-2", "Shan-You-Gui-33", "Shan-You-177", "Wei-You-64" and "Gong-Yang-Zhong-Yin-661(C.E)" seedlings are more than that in CK variety "Shuang-Gui-36". K~ contents and the acidification rate in deficiency Ca~(2 ) culture solution are less than that in complete nutrient solution. So, there is a intrinsic relationship between K~ absorbed rate by roots and H~ excreted rate by roots in hybrid rice seedling.
